Hi, I’m Mike Garcia. I help families see the whole map.
I’ve worked construction, run businesses, had my share of ups and downs and started over more than once. What I learned the hard way is that hard work alone doesn’t get you to the finish line. Understanding the rules of money does. Now I help families skip the detours I took.
Why I do this work
Most families I meet are working hard. They’re not careless with money; nobody ever sat them down and showed them how the pieces fit together. So they stay in survival mode, putting off the plan until someday. I’d rather help them start today, one kitchen-table conversation at a time.
Life is a team
Schools, ball clubs and businesses all win together, and the first team any of us joins is our family. That belief shapes everything I do: helping couples get on the same page, helping parents protect their kids and helping young people build habits that last a lifetime.
Integrity Through Work
I’m passionate about reaching kids early. My Integrity Through Work program helps parents teach children that effort gets rewarded, that saving grows and that they can believe in themselves. When kids understand what’s at stake, they make better choices.
